Bartender Stops Customer From Parking Lot Shooting Spree

A casual Saturday night out at a local dive bar known for sports and karaoke turned violent when two locals from Everett, Washington got into an argument at O’Finnegan’s Pub & Bar. The argument escalated between a 23-year old and a 29-year old when the elder of the two decided to retrieve his firearm from his car.

The 29-year old opened firing the parking lot, hitting the 23-year old. A 28-year old bartender heard the commotion and went outside with his gun, saw the shooter, and fired at him, killing him instantly, reported The Herald.

While investigators are still looking into the matter, many believe it was a case of self-defense, from stopping the man from going on a shooting spree.
