An Illinois woman was returning to her car from a trip to the SouthPark Mall in Moline, Illinois when a man kidnapped her at knifepoint.
KWQC reported that 61-year-old Floyd May forced his way into the woman’s car, slashing her arm and forced her to drive to a rural part of Rock Island County. Once they stopped the woman was able to pull her concealed carry.
Seeing a handgun in his face, May immediately fled the scene but was later arrested by police and charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery with a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and aggravated assault.
