A store owner in West Philadelphia confronted an irate customer with his gun when the customer allegedly threatened to kill his wife and children.
According to NBC Philadelphia, the store owner of H & K Deli at Dewey and Market shot a 22-year-old male after the suspect threatened the store owner’s family.
The man allegedly began throwing trash in the corner store after he and the store owner got into an argument. That’s when the store owner apparently chased the man out of the store, prompting the man to threaten the owner’s family.
While the suspect did leave the store, he soon returned. The owner, fed up, grabbed his gun and fired a shot at the man.
It’s still unclear whether or not charges will be filed.
